Responsibility
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, databases).
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring processes.
- Develop and post job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with team members to meet hiring targets and improve processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (e.g., ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
