Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives and local/regional labor laws.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Spearhead recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, including employer branding, sourcing, and onboarding processes.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Administrative Oversight: Streamline office operations, vendor management, and facility coordination to support business efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health/safety standards, and corporate governance policies.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workforce planning, engagement, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices in industrial/manufacturing sectors, including union relations (if applicable).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to craft policies, reports, and presentations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address complex HR challenges.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural environments, with sensitivity to local customs and international business practices.
