Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for client organizations across diverse industries.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture to ensure successful placements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Represent Lewis Personnel Management at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time, contract, or temporary roles across various industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
