Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, including leave management and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, preferably in a part-time or similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll, recruitment, and employee management.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
