Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and candidate attraction.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve employer branding and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
