Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure our compensation packages remain attractive and equitable.
- Administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and reward distributions.
- Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to develop and manage the HR budget for compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and taxation.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on compensation trends, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of compensation strategies and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior executive role.
- Proven expertise in designing and administering compensation structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and compensation software (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar tools).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
