Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Organize company events and initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
