Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training programs tailored to diverse audiences, including corporate teams, academic institutions, and community groups.
- Deliver high-impact training sessions in person and/or virtually, ensuring active participation and measurable outcomes.
- Assess learner needs and adapt training methodologies to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create relevant, up-to-date training content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to participants to support their professional and personal development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in education and training.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Trainer, Educator, or Learning & Development Specialist in corporate, academic, or community settings.
- Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery (e.g., LMS, virtual classrooms, multimedia content).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education, personal development, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ATD, CIPD, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
