Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Organize training and development initiatives to upskill employees and align their growth with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance within Indonesian labor regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with Baliâs employment market and multicultural work environments is advantageous.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
