Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and implement feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation in alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and implement scalable HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
