Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze L&D metrics, including training completion, attendance, satisfaction, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret L&D metrics and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and other training tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
