Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates for client roles across diverse industries.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their needs.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Develop and nurture a talent pool through proactive outreach and networking.
- Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of placements, commissions, and client interactions.
- Business Development: Identify and pitch new client opportunities to expand your portfolio.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, agency, or corporate HR.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and persuade both clients and candidates.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Strong Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal skills.
