Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety protocols.
  • Design and execute employee development programs, training initiatives, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
  • Lead compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, incentives, and employee wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
