Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll collaborate with our HR team to streamline recruitment processes, source candidates, and support end-to-end hiring initiatives. Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems with accuracy.
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring drives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
