Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with healthcare executives to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on attracting specialized healthcare talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and career development.
- HR Policy Development: Create, review, and enforce HR policies tailored to the healthcare sector’s unique needs.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze staffing needs and develop succession plans to ensure long-term organizational stability.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D programs to upskill healthcare professionals.
- HR Metrics & Analytics: Track and report on key HR KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Degree in HR or Related Field: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including executive search and volume hiring.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian employment laws and healthcare industry regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis, and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
