Responsibility
- Perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of radiologic equipment, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnostic support.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior technologists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Implement and enforce radiation safety measures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and techniques, integrating best practices into daily operations.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of imaging accuracy and patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in operating advanced imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and digital X-ray systems.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of training and mentoring staff.
