Responsibility
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, medical history, and aesthetic goals.
- Administer non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers), laser therapies, and chemical peels.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal results.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment details and follow-up notes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all procedures and clinic operations.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and aesthetic specialists to develop customized treatment plans.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic nursing and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (STR) and certification in aesthetic nursing or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical aesthetics, dermatology, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Proven expertise in administering injectables, laser treatments, or other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their therapeutic applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and effective treatments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
