Responsibility
- Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Lead and mentor junior radiographers, providing training and guidance on best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of diagnostic reports.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiography technology and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or a related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiographer in Indonesia or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, with expertise in multiple modalities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in operating advanced imaging equipment.
- Knowledge of radiation safety regulations and infection control practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
