Responsibility
- Assist patients with registration, admissions, and discharge processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate care between patients, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and follow-ups using hospital information systems.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and families regarding procedures, policies, and next steps.
- Handle billing inquiries, insurance claims, and financial assistance programs with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain patient documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experience and streamline hospital operations.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in patient services, care coordination, or hospital administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional local languages a plus).
- Proficiency in hospital management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
