Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
- Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid when required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license/registration in Indonesia (STR)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
