As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the clinic, ensuring all areas are sanitized, well-stocked, and presentable. Additionally, you will assist in providing a warm and professional welcome to patients, helping to create a positive first impression and a comfortable atmosphere for all visitors.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₱15,000 – ₱15,500 per month, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment while growing your career in patient services.
Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all clinic areas, including waiting rooms, examination rooms, and restrooms.
- Ensure all surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas are regularly disinfected according to healthcare standards.
- Restock supplies such as tissues, hand sanitizers, and other essentials to maintain a well-equipped clinic.
- Assist in managing waste disposal, including biohazard materials, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, assisting with check-ins and directing them as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the clinic manager promptly.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or healthcare support roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of infection control practices in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo training on clinic-specific procedures and safety measures.
