Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a warm and inclusive community.
- Monitor and document resident health status, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, mobility) while promoting independence and dignity.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and health changes, escalating concerns to senior staff as needed.
- Educate residents and families on health management, wellness, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (local or internationally recognized, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elderly care, residential nursing, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills in geriatric care, chronic disease management, and palliative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
