Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized medical advice to patients on drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans and medication therapy management.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages.
- Conduct medication reviews for inpatients and outpatients to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on latest pharmaceutical advancements and integrate best practices into daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license (local or internationally recognized, with eligibility for Indonesian registration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or community pharmacy settings (pre-registration pharmacists with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in medication dispensing systems and pharmacy management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
