Responsibility
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their families.
- Deliver palliative and end-of-life care with compassion, ensuring patients’ comfort and dignity.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care and timely interventions.
- Assess patients’ home environments for safety and recommend modifications to enhance well-being.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed, ensuring patient stability before further medical intervention.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility to practice in Bali.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with preference given to candidates with home care or palliative care experience.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in wound care, IV therapy, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care setting.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to provide care in various locations.
