Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the night shift healthcare cleaning team to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-the-spot training to team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to verify compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supply usage, and incident reports.
- Liaise with healthcare facility management to address concerns and implement improvements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Foster a positive work environment, resolving conflicts and motivating team members.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all healthcare settings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare cleaning or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare hygiene standards and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work fixed night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) for 6 days per week.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Certification in healthcare cleaning or related fields is advantageous.
