Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely interpretation of imaging results, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Maintain and operate advanced radiography equipment, ensuring proper calibration, functionality, and adherence to radiation safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Supervise and mentor junior radiographers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Maintain meticulous records of all imaging procedures, patient data, and equipment maintenance logs in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and reliability of all diagnostic images.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography technology, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiographer (e.g., ARRT, or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven expertise in operating and troubleshooting advanced imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols, patient positioning techniques, and image quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in training, supervising, or mentoring junior staff.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus but not required.
