Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient code releases across staging, testing, and production environments.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities in existing systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement robust security protocols, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance product functionality and innovation.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and best practices to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on R&D, backend systems, or cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js and experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, Express).
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Deep understanding of software security principles, including OWASP Top 10, encryption, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex, distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
