Responsibility
- Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for the biodiesel project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including material take-offs, cost analysis, and procurement support to optimize project expenditures.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project financial performance, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Oversee contract administration, including tender evaluations, negotiations, and vendor management to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or project engineering, preferably in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of biodiesel or renewable energy projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to construction and energy projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
