Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide financial advice to stakeholders on cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
- Perform regular site visits to assess progress, verify measurements, and validate work completed against contracts.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts for project closure.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering strategies without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with large-scale projects.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and tendering processes is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
