Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support project planning.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress and adjust financial plans as needed.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend award decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and market conditions is a plus.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is advantageous.
