Responsibility
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects across Bali.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Manage tender processes, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, final accounts, and financial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve disputes, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices in Bali.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors and site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with exposure to residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, contract law, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
