Responsibility
- Oversee and inspect MEP installations to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation teams accurately.
- Develop and maintain weekly progress reports and checklists to track project milestones and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to verify the functionality and efficiency of MEP systems before handover.
- Ensure all installations adhere to local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and on-site workers to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP supervision or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is a plus.
