Responsibility
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, contracts, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and financial management.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
