Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
