Responsibility
- Oversee all phases of housing construction projects, from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and junior supervisors, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks, enforce safety protocols, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including updates on milestones, challenges, and solutions, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management or site supervision, with a focus on residential/housing projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes/regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CSCS) or relevant safety training (e.g., OSHA) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing project requirements.
