Responsibility
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and amendments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and changes for audit and reference purposes.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to clarify terms, resolve disputes, and foster positive working relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, obligations, and potential issues to senior management.
- Support the procurement process by evaluating bids, conducting due diligence, and recommending award decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company protocols throughout the contract lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven ability to interpret and manage complex contractual terms and legal documents.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, Procore).
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
