Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Manage contracts, including tendering, procurement, and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align financial planning with project timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, final accounts, and financial statements for stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress, assess quality, and resolve cost-related discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and industry standards in Bali, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial management.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
