Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of materials and labor.
- Manage contract administration, including tender evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
- Monitor project costs and identify variances to ensure financial control and profitability.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and provide financial insights.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts in accordance with contractual terms.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial management.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
