Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify measurements.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and financial discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial transactions.
- Provide regular reports on project financial status to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
