Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects in Bali.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.
- Manage contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budget allocations and financial timelines.
- Perform valuations and progress payments to contractors, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks through proactive cost control and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with project managers to align financial strategies with construction milestones.
- Provide post-project cost analysis and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS) is advantageous.
