Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including cost tracking, schedules, and incident documentation.
- Train and mentor construction teams to uphold best practices and improve performance.
- Ensure all work adheres to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- OSHA or similar safety certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to multiple sites in Bali.
