Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and conduct inspections, audits, and testing of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API).
- Identify quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve non-conformances and implement preventive measures.
- Prepare and present detailed QA/QC reports, documentation, and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff and cross-functional teams on quality standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in all QA/QC activities.
- Stay updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt quality systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC within the engineering, manufacturing, or energy sector, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ASME, API).
- Proven experience with quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA) tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools (e.g., SAP, Minitab, or similar).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
