Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software and BIM tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to obtain permits and ensure compliance with local codes.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, draftsmen, and construction teams.
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills in English.
- Experience working with multinational teams or on international projects is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
