Responsibility
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor and LED products
- Monitor production parameters and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer new technologies to production
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions
- Document process specifications and work instructions
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome - no prior experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to relocate to Bali
