Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with technical standards.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments to align project goals with business objectives.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field); Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong technical expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, or similar engineering design tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
