Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end R&D project management for semiconductor initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to align technical and business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and ROI analyses to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&D project management, preferably in the semiconductor or microelectronics industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication, process development, or device engineering.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Agile methodologies).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a problem-solving mindset.
