Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, systems, and project outcomes for internal and client use.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in engineering and technology.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of software applications, systems, or infrastructure as assigned.
- Engage in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and compliance standards in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundation in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) or engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate ideas clearly, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, or engineering tools is a plus.
