Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the maintenance and repair of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical infrastructure to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with local regulations, including PU (Pekerjaan Umum) and PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical assets.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized electrical services and projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman (BO) license from the relevant Indonesian authority.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a facility or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
