Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support for solar energy systems, including inverters, panels, and monitoring software.

  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and optimization to ensure peak performance of solar installations.

  • Conduct remote training sessions for customers and partners on solar system operation and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential inefficiencies or failures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems, electrical circuits, and energy storage solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, CRM software, and remote support platforms.
