Responsibility
- Provide advanced technical support for Hikvision projects, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct on-site or remote technical training for customers and internal teams.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or management as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hikvision products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, IT, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with security systems, surveillance technology, or network infrastructure is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
